Defects in materials & workmanship — fully covered.
Issued exclusively to the original purchaser. Non-transferable. Within 180 days of your purchase, Nēbu will repair or replace any defective product or part at no charge, provided the defect arises from improper materials or workmanship under normal use and care.

- Damage from events outside Nēbu's control
- Use of any oil other than Nēbu — automatically voids the warranty. Our diffusers are engineered for a specific oil viscosity that matches Nēbu fragrances.

Who is covered by this warranty?
This warranty is issued exclusively to the original purchaser of the Nēbu diffuser and is non-transferable. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
What if I'm outside the 180-day window?
After the warranty period expires, you're responsible for both initial and return shipping costs. Out-of-warranty repairs are still available — email us for a service quote.
Why does using non-Nēbu oil void the warranty?
Our nebulizing compressors are calibrated for the precise viscosity of Nēbu fragrance oils. Third-party oils — even ones labeled "compatible" — can damage internal components, clog the nebulizing chamber, and shorten the life of the unit dramatically.
Governing law & jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, specifically Palm Beach County jurisdiction. State-specific statutory warranties remain unaffected. If any provision becomes unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
