When do points credit to my account?
Order points credit after your order ships. Newsletter and social bonuses credit immediately. Birthday points credit on your birthday each year once your birth date is set in your profile.
How long do my points last?
Points expire one year from the date they are earned. Your specific expiry date appears in your points card above (logged-in members) so you always know when to redeem. Place a new order to refresh your activity and keep points alive.
How do I redeem points at checkout?
Click any "Redeem" button above. We generate a unique discount code instantly - copy it and paste it into the discount field at checkout. You can also access the floating rewards widget anywhere on the site.
Can I combine reward codes with other promotions?
Reward discount codes apply at checkout and can be combined with most ongoing promotions. Some seasonal events or limited-time offers may have specific exclusions - check the offer's terms.
Where do I see my points history?
Your full activity is visible in your account page. A detailed history view is rolling out soon - for now, the floating rewards widget shows your recent activity.
