Get in touch

Email hello@nebuluxury.com or use our contact page. Mention your order number and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange.

STEP 02

Pack it up

Securely pack the item — ideally in its original packaging — making sure it's unused and in the same condition as received.

STEP 03

Include the slip

Drop a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation in the box, with a quick note on the reason for return.

STEP 04

Ship to Florida

Send it to our facility (address below). Once we receive and inspect it, we'll refund to your original payment method.

$ Who pays return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or the error was on our end. In those cases — defects, wrong item shipped, damage in transit — Nēbu covers the return shipping. Email us first; we'll send you a prepaid label.

Do I need the original packaging?
Ideally yes — original packaging best protects the unit in transit. But if it's missing, just pack carefully with sufficient cushioning so the diffuser arrives undamaged.
What counts as "unused" condition?
The diffuser is in the same condition as received — no signs of operation, no residue from oils, and accessories are present. We're reasonable here; reach out if you're unsure.
Can I return fragrance oils?
Yes, under the same 180-day window. Sealed bottles are easiest; opened bottles are evaluated case-by-case. Defective oils are always refunded.
How long does the refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund the same week. Depending on your bank, the credit posts within 3–10 business days.
I bought through Amazon / a third party — does this apply?
This policy covers orders placed directly through nebuluxury.com. Third-party purchases follow the retailer's return policy — though we're always happy to help troubleshoot the product itself.
