What's covered

Defects in materials & workmanship — fully covered.

Issued exclusively to the original purchaser. Non-transferable. Within 180 days of your purchase, Nēbu will repair or replace any defective product or part at no charge, provided the defect arises from improper materials or workmanship under normal use and care.

Damage from events outside Nēbu's control
Damage caused by an unsuitable oil is not covered. You can use other oils without voiding your warranty, but a clog or failure caused by a thick, resinous or diluted oil is excluded. Nēbu oils are blended to the viscosity our diffusers are built for.

Our team will troubleshoot with you and confirm the right path — repair, replacement, or in-place fix.

STEP 03

Ship it back

If needed, send the unit to our Florida facility. You cover the initial shipping; we cover repair, parts, and return.

STEP 04

Receive it restored

Most claims are turned around within two weeks of receipt at our facility.

Who is covered by this warranty?

This warranty is issued exclusively to the original purchaser of the Nēbu diffuser and is non-transferable. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

What if I'm outside the 180-day window?

After the warranty period expires, you're responsible for both initial and return shipping costs. Out-of-warranty repairs are still available — email us for a service quote.

Does using another brand of oil void my warranty?

No. You can use other fragrance or essential oils and your warranty still applies. What it does not cover is damage caused by an unsuitable oil: thick, resinous or diluted oils (cut with carrier oil, water or alcohol) can clog the nebulizing chamber. Nēbu oils are blended to the viscosity our diffusers are built for, so they run clean.

Governing law & jurisdiction

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, specifically Palm Beach County jurisdiction. State-specific statutory warranties remain unaffected. If any provision becomes unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
