NL200 Diffuser

As much as I love the design of this diffuser, unfortunately, this diffuser hasn’t been working well for me. I have the NL100 and NL50 diffusers and they are amazing! So upgrading to the NL200 seems like a no-brainer. But, this diffuser will work well for the first few weeks or a month the most, then will just stop diffusing the scent. You won’t notice it until you don’t smell the frgrance in your room anymore. I did all the troubleshooting steps and even had mine sent back and repaired, but same thing happened, after a month, the unit still works like it turns on and you can set it on schedule, but it doesn’t diffuse the scent at all even if you hear it diffusing. The most telling situation is even after scheduling the unit to be diffusing 24 hours a day for a month, the scent bottle stayed the same amount.

Had mine for 3 weeks and just bought 1 more for another room!

I LOVE the idea of diffused fragrance oils, but after a horrible $$$ experience with another company that has 'Hotel' in its name, I was really hesitant to try it again. But I'm so glad I tried Nebu's diffuser and oils because I am happy and hooked!
The reasons I prefer Nebu is because: Everything that is supposed to be contained in the box is in there. The instructions are clear and concise. The instructions for cleaning after each fragrance bottle are clear and concise. The prices are better!! And my diffuser still works! I'm so happy, I just purchased 1 more for another room. When the other company could not make me whole, Nebu did!!!

I've purchased some of the wall plug-in units from Nebu and decided to upgrade to this machine. I'm truly loving it! In fact, I purchased a second one a couple of weeks after the first one because I loved it so much. I couldn't pass up the bundle deal, so had to get it twice! (I had purchased a wireless unit that is similar from a different site, and it's a piece of junk because it only holds a charge for a day). This unit worked perfectly from the moment I plugged it in. I'm really loving the Black Tie scent, so far that's my favorite. Thank you Nebu! Fan for life!

I plugged it in and it didn't work at first. I had to remove a plastic tip from the intake line. Then fiddle again with it. But now it works and I'm happy with it. Just wish it had better directions.
